Holly Brisley, the former star of Home and Away, has offered her oceanfront family home in Balgowlah Heights, Sydney, for between $12.5 million and $13.75 million.
According to realestate.com.au, the private four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa provides direct access to Forty Baskets Beach.
With the most expensive house in the region previously selling for $11.8 million, the sale is expected to set a new record for Balgowlah Heights.

Only one neighbor shares the three-level home, which is hardly visible from the street.
The home on the Northern Beaches also has harbour views and is close to a children’s park and a sheltered ocean pool.
A basketball court, a tiny practice driving range, a ground-floor studio, and a rooftop terrace are all available.

The house boasts an open lounge and dining room with a gas fireplace, as well as a Caesarstone kitchen with an island bench, all on a 704 sqm block.
Three of the bedrooms have balconies, and the main bedroom has a walk-in closet and ensuite.
Meanwhile, the living and dining rooms lead to a relaxing terrace, and there’s also a home office.

The actress, 43, and her husband, Paul Ford, bought the house in 2013 and lived there with their two children, Levi, 12, and Willow, nine.
‘We’ve had a number of dinner parties or just sat on the grass with bean bags.’ Holly told realestate.com.au, “It’s very much a house for entertaining.”
‘And the views are magnificent; you can occasionally see the fish in the ocean, and the nighttime views of Manly’s lights are just as good as the daytime ones.’
