Actress Holly Brisley puts her stunning home in Sydney’s Balgowlah Heights on the market for $13.75million

Holly Brisley, the former star of Home and Away, has offered her oceanfront family home in Balgowlah Heights, Sydney, for between $12.5 million and $13.75 million.

According to realestate.com.au, the private four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa provides direct access to Forty Baskets Beach.

With the most expensive house in the region previously selling for $11.8 million, the sale is expected to set a new record for Balgowlah Heights.

The actress, 43, and her husband, Paul Ford, bought the house in 2013 and lived there with their two children, Levi, 12, and Willow, nine.

‘We’ve had a number of dinner parties or just sat on the grass with bean bags.’ Holly told realestate.com.au, “It’s very much a house for entertaining.”

‘And the views are magnificent; you can occasionally see the fish in the ocean, and the nighttime views of Manly’s lights are just as good as the daytime ones.’
