As they celebrate their anniversary, Corrie’s ‘cutie couple’ share a photo of themselves in a hot tub.

Sally Carman and Joe Duttine, who starred on Coronation Street, celebrated their third wedding anniversary in a hot tub.

Sally Carman and Joe Duttine, who met on Coronation Street, had to postpone their wedding due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions, but that hasn’t stopped them from celebrating their anniversary.

The couple celebrated three years together with a hot-tub selfie over the weekend.

Sally, who plays Abi Franklin on Corrie, posted the photo to her Instagram account with the caption “Three year” and showed the couple gazing adoringly into each other’s eyes as the bubbles frothed.

Fans praised the photo, calling them a “cute couple” and a “gorgeous couple.”

One person stated: “I adore you all! Congratulations on your anniversary; you both deserve to be happy.”

“Happy 3rd anniversary, you two are so great together,” said another.

“A match made in heaven,” said a third.

Meanwhile, one fan has suggested that Coronation Street consider making them an on-screen couple as well as an off-screen couple.

Although this would ruffle some feathers, as Abi is dating Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) on the cobbles, while Joe is married to Kevin’s ex-wife Sally (Sally Dynevor).

Sally and Joe have revealed in real life that they have had to postpone their wedding plans due to increased uncertainty about the easing of lockdown.

Last month, Sally told Loose Women about how they had to postpone their December wedding after it became clear that restrictions would prevent them from doing so.

She expressed herself “We want to throw a party, but we won’t be able to do so with only 15 people. So we reasoned that if we postponed it for a year, we might be able to get the wedding we want.”
