Coronation Street reveals Kit Green’s next move, issuing a warning to fans.

As Kit Green, the enigmatic newcomer to Coronation Street, makes his next move known, fans are advised to “keep an eye” on him.

Soap expert Sharon Marshall has warned Coronation Street viewers to stay away from the mysterious Kit Green and the trouble he could cause in Weatherfield.

On Wednesday, August 14, the “Soap Expert” resident of This Morning returned to the renowned blue sofa to talk about what fans of Hollyoaks, Corrie, EastEnders, and Emmerdale can expect in Soapland.

Sharon explained: “Over in Coronation Street, keep an eye on Kit. The mysterious Kit. He’s eaten up with his resentment. Let’s have a look at this clip as we talk.”

A clip played in the background showing Kit visiting his dying brother Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) who is set to bid farewell to the cobbles soon following his heartbreaking Motor Neurone Disease (MND) diagnosis.

Sharon continued: “Here he is with his brother, here. He’s a man of mystery is Kit. He’s charming but he’s caluclated. He’s got this resentment over his mother but his brother here is trying to say ‘look, forgive her. He [Paul] starts kind of choking here as well, so it’s can Kit help his brother and save him?”

Kit was recently revealed as Bernie Winter’s (Jane Hazelgrove) long-lost son but he had no plans of reconnecting with her due to the hurt he felt surrounding being put up for adoption.

However, things seemingly changed, however, due to an intervention from Paul. Gathering the family together, Paul explained to them via his Eyegaze machine that he needs everyone – including Kit – to start getting along because he’s dying and doesn’t want them fighting during the last period of his life.

It was enough for Bernie and Paul’s twin Gemma Winter-Brown (Dolly-Rose Campbell) to hug and put their troubles in the past but for Kit, while he agreed, he couldn’t quite manage the family embrace just yet.

In upcoming up, Kit moves into Glenda Shuttleworth’s (Jodie Prenger) old room at the pub and realises it’s gossip central, which will serve him nicely. That evening, Paul gathers with his loved ones for a family dinner, but is disappointed when he realises Kit isn’t going to turn up.

In the week, Kit visits Paul, who plays him a message and implores him to forgive Bernie for the sake of the family. A stubborn Kit refuses, but when Paul suddenly finds himself struggling for breath, Kit is thrown into a panic but what will happen next?
