EastEnders icon Phil Mitchell framed for Tina’s death as police tamper with evidence?

EASTENDERS is an icon. In the most recent episode of the BBC soap, Phil Mitchell was arrested after calling the police and discovering Tina Carter’s body. Will the cops use this as an excuse to imprison the tough guy for the rest of his life?

Tommy Moon was hiding from bullies in The Argee Bhajee when Phil Mitchell (played by Steve McFadden) showed up and scared the kids away by slamming a metal pipe against the floor. The terrified children rushed away, but Phil was horrified to discover a body beneath the floorboards as he looked down at the damage he had caused.

Despite the fact that Phil was supposed to be at his engagement party with Kat Slater, he called the cops and reported finding the body (Jessie Wallace).

When the cops arrived, they were interested in the body but also took advantage of the situation to apprehend the hard man.

Kat was enraged that she hadn’t been given one last night with her partner and yelled at the cops, who seemed ecstatic to have him in handcuffs.

As he was being loaded into the back of a police car to face his past crimes, Phil shouted to Kat, “I love you.”

The hard man has been preparing for a lengthy prison sentence, but it appears that the police may tamper with evidence in order to frame Phil for Tina’s death, adding to his long list of crimes.

In recent episodes, DCI Samantha Keeble gave Phil an ultimatum: spend the rest of his life in prison or become an informant.

Phil declined the offer and has been putting his affairs in order to ensure the safety of his loved ones and his business.

Could DCI Keeble decide to make things worse for Phil after he rejects his offer?

Fans know Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) is to blame for Tina’s death, and he’s been worried about her body being discovered in recent weeks.

Gray is in a coma and can’t do anything to prevent the cops from figuring out who killed her.

Phil, on the other hand, might be able to get away with it if the police try to pin the crime on him.

Because Gray is in the hospital, the cops will be able to tamper with the evidence without anyone else getting in the way.

What’s another murder on top of Phil’s already lengthy prison sentence?

Kim Fox (Tameka Epsom) recently oversaw an investigation into the disappearance of her husband Vincent Hubbard (Richard Blackwood).

She discovered how Phil was involved in Vincent’s disappearance and presumed death.

Kim reported her findings to the police, prompting DCI Keeble to issue her ultimatum.

In Friday night’s episode, she told Phil that crime boss Aidan Maguire’s statement was correct.

As a result, he is unlikely to be released anytime soon, and he will almost certainly be found guilty.

Phil had a hand in the death of one Walford resident, so it’s not hard to believe he could have killed another.
