EastEnders injustice as Kheerat Panesar forced to flee Walford after killing Gray Atkins?

After vowing to avenge Gray Atkins for killing his wife Chantelle, EASTENDERS’ Kheerat Panesar may have paid the price with his freedom.

The plan to expose Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) by Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Deol) and Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) came to a dramatic head on Monday when the businessman attacked the lawyer in self-defense. However, EastEnders spoilers reveal that Kheerat will be afraid that his time on the square is coming to an end.

Whitney warned Kheerat to stay away from Gray in Monday’s episode of the BBC soap.

He was informed of the market trader’s suspicions. Gray had started to injure Chelsea physically.

Kheerat, on the other hand, disregarded Whitney’s advice when he received a frantic voicemail from the lawyer.

Gray had discovered, unbeknownst to the businessman, that Kheerat was the one who had sent him Chantelle’s blog posts detailing abuse prior to her death.

Kheerat arrived at Gray’s house thinking he’d take him to the hospital, but soon realized things weren’t as they seemed.

Gray produced the letters and interrogated Kheerat about who he believed had sent them to him.

“Why would Chantelle write these posts?” Kheerat wondered.

“Who said she did?” says the narrator. “So, what are you saying?” Gray asked, and his love rival retorted. Someone made fun of them?”

“Who do you think it is if it isn’t Whitney, Karen, Mitch, or one of my old clients?” Gray said nothing in response to his question.

“I’m sure you’re sick.” After acting all concerned and caring at the hospital, you write me these posts and send me emails in my dead wife’s name.

“I know you were obsessed with her but to write stuff like this…”

Interjecting, Kheerat said: “It’s always someone else, isn’t it?

“Someone else wrote those posts, someone else wrote all this abuse.”

“I lost the woman that I love,” Gray remarked and Kheerat hit back: “No, you never loved Chantelle.

“You would never have done what you did if you [loved her].”

“Do you think I deserve this on top of everything else?” Gray asked.

“You don’t deserve Jordan,” Kheerat quipped. “You said so yourself not five minutes ago and out of everything you have said to me since I got here I think you actually meant that.”

“Don’t bring him into this,” Gray warned, to which the businessman replied, “You did it yourself by bringing me here with your sick kid.”

For a long time, the two men argued back and forth as Kheerat tried to persuade Gray to confess.

When their argument became physical, Kheerat struck Gray in the head with a glass bottle in self-defense.

Despite the fact that EastEnders fans know Gray deserves to be punished for his crimes, spoilers reveal that Kheerat intends to flee Walford in order to avoid being prosecuted for attacking Chantelle’s killer.

It is unknown whether the lawyer will be able to recover from the assault.

Kheerat and Whitney lack sufficient evidence to convict Gray, and the businessman is concerned that he will be blamed for an unprovoked attack on the lawyer.

Will Kheerat reconsider and stay in Walford, or will he flee for good while Gray’s life is in jeopardy?
