EastEnders reveals Harvey Monroe’s terrifying threat over Aaron

In EastEnders, Harvey Monroe has received a murder threat because of his son Aaron.

Harvey has had a difficult week after splitting with Jean Slater after discovering she had made a sexual advance at his best friend Tom ‘Rocky’ Cotton in the Vic. Viewers are aware that Jean is having a manic episode, but Harvey has had difficulty accepting this.

Harvey was trying to move on from his breakup with Jean in Monday’s episode when Neil, a far-right zealot, stepped into his taxi without warning.

Despite Harvey’s orders, Neil choked the terrorist and gave him a terrifying warning that he couldn’t ignore: he needed to obtain his son Aaron a burner phone inside the prison or Aaron would be killed.

If Harvey were to smuggle in the phone, he would help and abet the terror group, bringing new degrees of culpability to the Monroe household. Even if Aaron complied, he couldn’t be sure of his safety.

Jean showed up to talk about their break-up before Harvey had even had an opportunity to process the demand. Harvey tossed her aside, claiming that their relationship was over.

“Right now, I’ve got just too much on my plate. I’m sorry, but I’m not up to it “He informed her.

Jean was depressed after hearing the news, but she afterwards noticed a couple getting married who she recognized from a recent stag do. The bouquet was placed by the groom for her to catch.

On a manic high, Jean took this as a sign and startled a stunned Harvey by proposing marriage just as he was attempting to find out how to cope with the hate organization.

Which option will he select?
