Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) is planning to propose to Dana Munroe (Barbara Smith) in EastEnders, but Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) has other plans as the truth about the hate crime comes to light.

In other news, Ben Mitchell’s (Max Bowden) and Callum Highway’s (Tony Clay) marriage is in trouble as Callum faces a dilemma. But what will Ben decide, and will the marriage be over?

Monday January 31

Dana get involved

When Peter discovers the truth about Aaron, he advises Bobby to avoid Dana. Bobby, on the other hand, has other plans and informs Kathy that he intends to propose to Dana. Kathy informs Peter, who shares his knowledge of Aaron.

Kathy and Peter later barged in, interrupting Bobby’s proposal to Dana. Kathy is adamant that Bobby cannot marry into the Monroe family.

After learning that Martin was the first choice for the market job, Stacey begins to doubt herself. Things get even worse when she gets trash all over herself at the market. She backs into the path of an oncoming car as her eventful day continues.

Gray interrogates Chelsea about Whitney’s visit to the house. Chelsea later informs Denise that she is unable to see Jordan.

Tensions between Ben and Callum are simmering.

Tuesday February 1

Harv-ing a hard time

The news of Aaron’s deeds spreads throughout the Square. Mitch presses Harvey to admit that the rumors are true. Harvey pays a visit to Aaron in prison, but warns that it will be the last time he visits.

Harvey pays a visit to The Vic and informs Aaron that his family is leaving and that he will never see him again. Harvey, on the other hand, is taken aback when Jean accuses him of abandoning his son.

Ben tells Kathy that he’s pushing Callum away from them so they don’t become targets. Kathy speaks with Callum in the hopes that he will understand Ben’s point of view.

If Callum believes their marriage has a future, he organizes a party outside The Prince Albert and invites Ben to attend.

Gray gives Kheerat the cold shoulder, so he turns to Eve for assistance.

Thursday February 3

Ben-ding over backwards

Phil gives Sharon the business deeds and asks her to look after things while he’s in prison because Ben isn’t in the best of health. Sharon decides to pay a visit to Ben and gives him some advice on how to deal with losing the people you care about.

Tommy later defends Scarlett from a gang of bullies, knowing that he can always count on Phil’s help. Kat and Phil, on the other hand, later inform the kids that Phil will be spending a long time in prison. Tommy is concerned that he is no longer protected.

Due to noise complaints, Jack and another police officer arrive to shut down Callum’s party. When Callum refuses to end the party, Jack takes him into custody.

Harvey drowns his sorrows as he continues to be bombarded with questions about Aaron from everyone.

Suki accuses Eve of sabotaging her relationship with Ash. They are bundled into a van together after their argument attracts the attention of the police.

Friday February 4

Having a blast

After the party, everyone is cleaning up at The Prince Albert, but there’s a loud bang.

The residents of Walford soon learn that the bang was caused by a gas explosion at the Argee Bhajee.

Honey announces a new business venture, but Jay irritates her by warning her that it will be difficult.

When Stuart leaves her a voicemail explaining that he has gone to a health retreat, Rainie panics.

Gray is recognized by a nurse at the hospital because he used to come in with Chantelle. The nurse is shocked to learn of Chantelle’s death and offers Chelsea support, but she is ignored. Later on, Kheerat and Chelsea have some alone time.

Zack tells Martin that he saw Jada, Shirley admits that she can’t keep looking for Tina, and Karen is given pause when Bailey suggests that she should be with Mitch.
