Monday April 11

After a night out, Jean stumbles out of a limo. Martin returns her to Sharon’s, where she recounts her night out with a stag do. When Stacey arrives and tells Jean that she has a doctor’s appointment on Friday, Jean becomes enraged and storms out. Meanwhile, Harvey insists that their relationship is over, but his focus is quickly diverted when Neil gets into his taxi and makes an aggressive threat that he can’t ignore.

Neil threatens Harvey, but is stopped by Jean, who simply wants to clear the air. Outside, Jean notices the groom from the stag do getting married, and he awkwardly lets her catch the bouquet. Jean proposes to Harvey, who is happier than ever.

After spending the night with Zack, Linda is surprised to see Nancy at Sharon’s. Nancy makes it clear that she doesn’t want anything to do with Linda, but she soon discovers bottles of alcohol and a family photo in her suitcase. Feeling guilty, she approaches Linda and extends an olive branch to her. On the day of Stuart’s surgery, he confides in Rainie about his fears of becoming addicted to painkillers after noticing Linda sneaking alcohol into a drink.

When Callum reveals that he has been chosen to be the face of a new workplace campaign aimed at the LGBTQ+ community, Ben struggles to hide his concerns. Ben gives Callum his blessing after Kathy’s new bar manager, Lewis, supports the idea. Callum, on the other hand, picks up on Ben’s apprehension about the campaign. Later, a loud noise at the club shakes Ben, who is still reeling from Callum’s attack.

Tuesday April 12

Harvey is jittery after his encounter with Neil, and Dana notices his strange demeanor after an incident in the Square. Rocky returns to the flat and inquires as to what Dana is concealing.

Rocky can’t help himself and mimes information to Harvey so he can figure out what’s going on, despite his promise not to tell him. Meanwhile, Jean informs Shirley that she has proposed to Harvey, but that he is still considering it. Shirley approaches Harvey and inquires about his plans.

Stuart is out of surgery and claims to be pain-free, but Vi notices that he is struggling after having trouble reaching Roland.

Ben takes matters into his own hands, interfering with Callum’s campaign offer by stating that he will not participate. When Callum discovers what Ben has done, he is furious, and as the tension mounts, Ben reveals that he is terrified that Callum will be attacked again.

Bernie is offered her job back by Vinny, but Karen advises her to take a break. Bernie seeks advice from Kim after declining Rainie’s offer to see Roland and informs Vinny that she will return to work.

Martin tells Zack about his concerns about Linda staying at the house and drinking in front of the kids, but Nancy overhears.

Lewis invites Ben out for a night out outside, but a group of guys heckle Lewis, who shrugs it off and walks away. Ben, enraged, goes after the men, but Kim interrupts him because his mother needs assistance at The Albert.

Wednesday, April 13

Steve, the man who hurled homophobic abuse at Lewis, is spotted by Ben. He drags him into the gym’s alley and attacks him, but a stunned Sharon catches him red-handed! Sharon stands in for Ben, telling Callum she discovered the man unconscious, but she soon confronts him, telling him he can’t act like this.

Meanwhile, Nancy notices Jean in Linda’s scarf, and when Jean denies stealing it, Nancy informs Stacey of her theory. Stacey tries to persuade Harvey to take Jean to the doctor tomorrow, and he eventually persuades her by telling her that it will relieve her of Stacey’s burden.

Bernie is relieved to see her old friend Molly at work, but she is taken aback when she sees the new terms of her contract. She becomes enraged and leads the rest of the employees in a walkout, leaving Vinny speechless.

Dotty tries to persuade Suki that Vinny is capable of running the company.

Thursday April 14

Vinny tries to persuade Bernie and the others to stop protesting, but when Bernie sees Rainie, her heart breaks for Roland, and she becomes even more resolute. Dotty steps in to help and threatens to fire Bernie after Vinny tells her what’s going on. Dotty doesn’t want Suki to find out. Dotty returns with paperwork proving the contracts are legal when her plan fails. Bernie isn’t going down without a fight.

Kat and Martin reminisce about Kush’s death anniversary, but Stacey is preoccupied with Jean’s doctor’s appointment. Jean insists she’s fine at the appointment.

After chasing down a man who stole Kathy’s handbag and recovering it with Kim’s help, Rocky is back in Kathy’s good graces. Rocky asks if she would be willing to repay him with a date.

Sharon begs Kat to keep Ben away from Phil’s businesses, stating that he is currently too fragile. Kat, on the other hand, refuses to listen, so Sharon goes behind Kat’s back and visits Phil, telling him everything – and recommending that he reconsider DCI Keeble’s offer!
