EastEnders’ Tommy Moon killed in Phil Mitchell exit plot as history repeats?

Tommy Moon of the EASTENDERS could be in grave danger if Phil Mitchell stands firm and is sentenced to prison for refusing to become a police informant.

Since Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) became serious with the dodgy dealer, Tommy Moon (played by Sonny Kendall) has come to regard Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) as a trustworthy father figure. When the EastEnders stalwart is imprisoned, however, the budding footballer could find himself in a dangerous situation.

Phil and Kat’s romance surprised EastEnders viewers because the two have both been residents of Walford for years but were only neighbors until last year.

The couple, on the other hand, proved to be a perfect match, with Phil stepping in to assist Kat’s son Tommy when he showed promise as a football player.

When his house burned down, the dodgy dealer moved into the Slaters’ home before repaying the favor when the family was evicted.

Despite their close friendship, Phil refused to consider becoming a police informant in order to avoid spending the rest of his life in prison.

Kat was devastated by the news, but she was completely unaware that her ex-boyfriend had been offered a deal.

Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean) pleaded with Phil to consider submitting to the police’s demands, but she finally understood when he explained that if he avoided prison, his enemies would go after all those he cares about.

Phil meets with Sharon in the coming scenes to pass on deeds for her to take care of the business.

She’s understandably taken aback, but her ex-husband clarifies that Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) isn’t in the best of spirits.

Sharon and Phil have had their ups and downs over the years, but after Dennis Rickman’s death, the two will always have a special bond (Bleu Landau).

Sharon later pays a visit to Ben and warns him to take action before he loses someone else he cares about.

Ben and Phil’s relationship has been strained in recent months following the revelation that Ben’s husband Callum Highway (Tony Clay) gave police information about Phil.

Meanwhile, Tommy stands up to a gang of bullies and defends Scarlett Butcher (Tabitha Byron).

The schoolboy is motivated by the fact that he has Phil’s support.

When his mother and Phil sit him down and tell him about the prison sentence, he is shaken.

The youngest is concerned that now that he is no longer protected, he will have to worry about bullies.

When the gang of miscreants runs into Tommy again, will he be attacked or worse, killed?

The encounter between Tommy and Scarlet and the bullies appears to be coincidental, but it could be far more sinister.

During his time in Walford, Phil has done business with a variety of unscrupulous characters.

If some of Phil’s enemies learn that he’s been offered a deal, they’ll try to prevent him from accepting it.

They may decide to go after Tommy in order to put an end to the Mitchell hard man’s career.

Fans of EastEnders will recall that Phil’s actions contributed to the River Thames boat accident.

The boat crash and subsequent drowning of Dennis was caused by a fight between the shady dealer and Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).

Is it possible that Phil’s actions will lead to the tragic death of a second boy who looks up to him as a father figure?
