Emmerdale Christmas Day spoilers revealed as Al Chapman makes a desperate plan

On December 25, there will be a roaring fire, a proposal, and more ominous behavior from serial killer Meena Jutla, so it won’t be a calm day in Emmerdale.

Emmerdale is famed for its high-octane Christmas Day soap operas, and this year’s episode is sure to be no exception.

After the presents have been opened and enough of turkey has been eaten, viewers will be treated to a 60-minute episode of the ITV show that will keep them glued to their sofas.

It has already been confirmed that a devastating fire will erupt at The Woolpack, killing one inhabitant, but it is unknown who will ignite the fire.

The finger of blame is firmly pointed at Al Chapman, who is under duress to persuade the owners to sign over the lease.

Gavin, Al’s business partner, is putting pressure on him, and on December 25, he will send Al a very dangerous message.

When he sees Gavin talking to his son Ellis Chapman, he panics and realizes he needs to devise a strategy to bring it all to a close.

Will it be Al (Michael Wildman) who sets the fire? And who might perish in the conflagration?

In another scene from the Christmas Day episode, nasty nurse Meena Jutla plans to denounce Dawn Taylor to Social Services, but her sister Manpreet Sharma intervenes.
Meena is upset at being caught, but she resolves to play the worried neighbor.

Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker), her younger sister, looks to be softening, but once Meena leaves, Manpreet (Paige Sandhu) reassesses the issue.

Kim Tate and Will Taylor are two additional locals who will be prominent on Christmas Day.

Will and Kim (Claire King) visit Malone’s grave in a tense scene, but Will is taken aback when he discovers it has been newly dug up.

Will is concerned that if his on-again, off-again lover Kim did hear something damning, this could be part of her retaliation.

Kim, on the other hand, tells Will that she removed Malone’s body so that he is no longer bound to her and may choose whether or not to stay.

This appeases Will, and in a more happier moment, he proposes to Kim – albeit Bernice Blackstock’s reaction is unknown.

In the Dales on Christmas Day, Bob Hope and Marlon Dingle devise a scheme to re-establish communication between April and Cathy following the trolling incident.

And Harriet Finch returns home, taking one last glance at St. Mary’s before removing her dog collar, as she prepares for a new chapter in her life.

The Christmas Day episode of Emmerdale airs at 7 p.m. on ITV and ITV Hub.
