Emmerdale spoilers: Cain Dingle vows to kill Al

PC Swirling steps in

In Emmerdale, Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) doesn’t seem to have taken Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Horsley) warning seriously, as he continues to damage the Woolpack, leaving Chas and Marlon (Lucy Pargeted and Mark Charnock) enraged and bankrupt.

Cain was seen capturing Al and holding him captive, threatening to kill him if he continued to meddle in the family’s affairs.

When Al takes the next step, Cain becomes murderous and promises to carry out his threat, but Al appears unconcerned – and PC Swirling is keeping a close eye on Cain.

So, what’s got Cain so worked up? Except for the fact that Al is a bit conceited?

He takes on Marlon’s proposal for a free drinks promotion, determined to knock the Woolpack to its knees and push Chas and Marlon away so he can turn the boozer into modern flats.

While the suggestion was for a complimentary glass of champagne for customers, Al begins handing out entire bottles, resulting in lower revenues than expected.

Marlon is doubting himself as Al places the responsibility on him, but while Marlon is berating himself, Chas is figuring out the truth while her customers continue to enjoy the ‘free’ bubbly.
