Next week, Meena Jutla, Emmerdale’s evil serial killer, manages to manipulate residents of the village from behind bars as she sets her sights on vicar Charles.
Next week, Meena Jutla, the evil serial killer from Emmerdale, will try to manipulate the village residents from prison.
As she awaits her plea hearing, Charles has made it his mission to extract Meena’s confession, but Meena, fresh off a series of police interviews regarding her role in the deaths of Leanna Cavanagh, Ben Tucker, and Andrea Tate, still wants things her way.
Next week’s Emmerdale spoilers reveal that Charles pays a visit to Meena in prison in order to elicit a confession from her.
When Meena confesses to killing Andrea and spills every last painful detail about what happened that fateful day in the maize maze, he is taken aback.
As Meena tells him everything that happened, Charles struggles to cope, and he quickly returns to church as he tries to process what she said. With a few encouraging words from Harriet, he decides to form a support group to assist those who have been suffering as a result of the evil killer’s massacre of so many villagers.
Dr. Liam Cavanagh, who lost his daughter Leanna and his wife Leyla in the terrifying showdown on the viaduct last week, agrees to join and get involved, which gives him hope.
The next day, Charles tells Meena over the phone that he doesn’t want to see her for the time being and that he’d rather spend his time with his congregation.
Meena is furious and slams the phone receiver against the prison wall, instantly foiling her plan to manipulate Charles. But will Meena find a new way to reach him, and how will the support group react if they learn that Charles has been paying her visits in prison?
This week, Meena’s dreadful box of victim-related items is unearthed and handed over to the cops.
The ring of Liam’s daughter Leanna is in the box, as is the bracelet of Leyla’s friend Andrea – and it appears that they open the box and find the items. According to a preview video, the box is quickly handed over to the police, with the lead detective questioning Meena about it.
