Billy Fletcher, the hunky EMMERDALE resident, has recently taken a backseat to the action on the ITV soap, but his final plot point may be coming up soon.
Billy (Jay Kontzle), who was attacked by a racist thug a few weeks ago on Emmerdale, has been attempting to make sense of what happened. The ITV soap opera this week will feature Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley), who has been by his side throughout his suffering. Sadly, it appears the hunk won’t appreciate what his wife has to say because she makes a statement that could end their marriage.
On the weeknight drama serial, the couple was married earlier this year, despite Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) causing some mayhem they will never forget.
The couple is prepared for the tables to turn and for them to experience some good fortune after having so much bad luck come knocking on their door.
This may start this week when the couple discusses starting a family; Billy is ready for his wife to have a child.
Dawn has been wanting her husband to adopt Lucas Taylor (Noah Ryan Aspinall), whom she is already a mother to, so that he would be able to tell the boy’s future self what happened.
Dawn seemed to have had enough as she turns around.
She informs her spouse that she is currently not interested in having any more children.
Billy will now have neither a baby nor a biological child, which is disappointing because he had hoped a new arrival would make everyone happy.
Due to the realization that they have extremely different perspectives on their future as a relationship, it appears that this could provide a future obstacle for the couple.
Billy could inform Dawn that he is going to seek for divorce because he knows he cannot be married to her if they hold divergent opinions.
Despite all they have been through together, he is aware that this may cause them to argue more frequently in the future.
If he believes his wife won’t be able to provide him with a family, he may also begin to resent her.
Billy would also be aware that if he were to begin a new connection with a woman, being in the village would be too near to home.
He could inform his wife that he is leaving and won’t be returning if he needs to create some distance between them.
Dawn would be devastated by this because she knows she can’t let Billy go, even though she understands they can’t fight forever.
Is this the end of the adored couple as they decide to part ways and pursue their individual futures?
The actor who portrays Dawn, Olivia, has previously discussed the connection between her and Billy and where she would want to see it go.
She’s been through a lot in her life, and now that she’s finally had Billy, Olivia told ITV’s Lorraine, “She’s finally got Billy.
She continued, “And she’s got this family unit that she’s really happy about,” and in a another interview, she discussed what might transpire if her character lost Billy.
“Everything in Dawn’s life would start to fall apart,” the source said Inside Soap. “Once she loses Billy, she is truly going to go off the rails.”
In addition to this, Billy’s actor, Jay, has noted how his character is in need of familial group.
Jay clarified: “He would risk his own life to protect her.
“Now that Lucas is back in Dawn’s world, Billy has become more of a family man and will stop at nothing to keep the two of them safe.
“If it means going back to jail, he will do it because he wants to make sure Dawn doesn’t lose Lucas or start using drugs again.
“He has been there before, so he is aware of what to anticipate. But fingers crossed that he doesn’t “He spoke to Inside Soap in the year 2020.
The soap star at the time also described his goals for his future on the program “to remain here!”
Is it time for Billy and Jay to begin a new chapter of their lives away from the village, nevertheless, two years later and after the character has gone through so much?
The couple’s issues are probably only getting started as they try to resolve them, as evidenced by this week’s episodes.
Recently, no infants have been born in the Dales, however it has been suggested that a baby may be born during the episodes marking the show’s 50th anniversary.
Could it be possible that Dawn is already expecting and is unaware that she will soon become a mother once more?
