Emmerdale’s Charity Dingle pushes Mackenzie Boyd too far as he threatens to leave?

Charity Dingle, of Emmerdale, is proving to be one of Yorkshire’s most eligible girlfriends, with her feelings causing a stir among the locals.

Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), a fan favorite and former couple, have teased viewers with a possible romance after recently sharing an on-screen fleeting intimate moment. Mackenzie “Mack” Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is also hoping to reclaim her. It appears unlikely after being on the receiving end of her enraged outburst, as he threatens to leave for good in upcoming Emmerdale episodes.

Charity appears to be at a loss with Mackenzie after sabotaging the B&B on the day of the Woolpack’s grand re-opening.

The charity has a history of failed business ventures, and she was hoping that this time would be different after recently purchasing the Woolpack with her son Ryan Stocks (James Moore).

The charity was irritated when Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) and Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) decided to have their wedding reception at the village’s B&B on the same day as the wedding.

The ribbon-cutting turned food fight with Chas (Lucy Pargeter) did, however, end on a hopeful note.

Charity opened up to her ex-fiancée Vanessa and had a heart-to-heart, which resulted in a near-kiss.

Is this the start of a series of romantic encounters?

Despite Vanessa’s best efforts to maintain a distance between them, their chemistry is undeniable.

In the coming episodes, Vanessa will continue to gloss over the almost kiss, which will likely confuse Charity.

Will Charity put her heart on the line in the hopes of rekindling the love she once had? What will Mack do about it?

Mack also wants to rekindle his relationship with Charity and, unexpectedly, seeks advice from Vanessa, who advises him to make a grand gesture.

Mack would have to fight harder for her love and attention now that her mind was still reeling from the near kiss and the possibility of what could have been.

He proposes that he and Charity move in together, based on the advice.

Charity needs time to process her feelings and is opposed to the idea because things aren’t going as planned.

She feels blindsided by Mack’s proposal and is unable to commit to living together because she needs to calm her mind.

Mackenzie, whose ego has been bruised, threatens his ex-girlfriend with a return to Scotland.

Charity is taken aback when she learns that Mack is indeed leaving the village.

As the chemistry between Charity and Vanessa begins to draw attention, things start to snowball for Charity.

The next day, Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt) notices Vanessa and Charity’s tension as they continue to make eye contact.

Is this the start of the couple’s love story all over again?
