Emmerdale’s Liam Cavanagh arrested for murders after Jacob spots major clue?

Liam Cavanagh, an EMMERDALE doctor, may be arrested after police discover Meena Jutla’s trophy box on his allotment.

Emmerdale watchers have been waiting with bated breath this week as it appears that villainous nurse Meena Jutla (played by Paige Sandhu) may be exposed. The villain was forced to think on her feet at the end of Wednesday’s ITV episode as she transferred her sister Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) from Wendy Posner’s (Susan Cookson) residence.

Meena was spotted putting the GP in a body bag before dumping her in the back of the car, after holding her sister hostage at Wendy’s house.

After Manpreet’s estranged husband Rishi (Bhasker Patel) reports the doctor missing, the clues are mounting, and Meena is gradually removing her disguise.

The cops got involved and decided that searching Manpreet’s room would be a good idea.

Despite the fact that no clues have been discovered, the nurse’s search is far from ended.

Meena discovered that Leanna Cavanagh’s (Mimi Slinger) ring was gone from her trophy box during Thursday night’s double-bill.

After he was the only other person in her room, she immediately assumed Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) had stolen it.

Noah was compelled to reclaim the ring from his love interest Chloe after she threatened the youngster (Jessie Elland).

He then sent it to Samson Dingle (Sam Hall) to look after while he devised a strategy.

  • He had no idea, though, that Meena was watching the whole thing unfold.

Meena later broke into the Dingles’ home and reclaimed the ring.

She noticed Vinny’s (Bradley Johnson) clue board while she was there, which he had put together to prove Liv’s (Isobel Steele) innocence.

The malicious nurse couldn’t resist tampering with the board, stealing a photo of one of her victims, Ben Tucker (Simon Lennon).

  • Emmerdale spoilers: Two deaths, sex lies and exit
  • Vinny has also grown suspicious of Meena as he explained to Liv: “Meena’s name keeps on cropping up.”

It’ll only be a matter of time before the child realizes everything, but will it be too late?

Meena could be seen digging a hole at what appeared to be Liam Cavanagh’s (Jonny McPherson) allotment as the program ended.

Meena, on the other hand, had the notion after speaking with Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant).

Jacob revealed at the shop that Liam had become overly invested in his allotment.

  • Emmerdale’s Priya Sharma left jobless after she’s dealt crushing blow?
  • “He’s all about the allotment these days,” Jacob said before Meena replied: “I wouldn’t have thought it is allotment season.”

“It’s not,” Jacob continued. “But he’s got all the books and he’s drawing up a planting schedule.”

Before the nurse left, Jacob revealed that the only part of the ground Liam hadn’t dug up was near the bird box he’d planted in memory of his daughter Leanna.

As she dug a hole in the allotment, sinister Meena could be seen talking to herself.

“There, you should be safe here,” Meena began. “Leanna can watch over you.

“It doesn’t mean I am finished, not by a long shot. If anything I am just getting started.”

It’ll only be a matter of time before Meena’s evidence at Liam’s allotment is uncovered.

Could Jacob wind up implicating Liam for the killings by inadvertently planting the thought in Meena’s head when the cops dig out the box?
