Bob Morley, who starred in Home and Away, and Eliza Taylor, who starred in Neighbours, have welcomed their first child.

On Sunday (March 20), the two Australian soap stars announced the birth of their first child on Instagram.

Taylor shared an adorable photo of the baby’s foot with her 3.2 million Instagram followers, giving them a glimpse of the newborn.

“Though sleep is well and truly a thing of the past, we could not be more pleased,” she wrote.

The pregnancy, on the other hand, had been kept a closely guarded secret for the majority of the nine months.

The couple had only announced their pregnancy in February 2022, preferring to keep their personal lives private as they prepared for their child’s arrival.

They announced the news on their respective Instagram accounts once again.

Both had shared a photo of a full set of matching slippers, one for the father, one for the mother, and one for their upcoming baby, all with the words “Papa Bear,” “Mama Bear,” and “Baby Bear” stitched on them.

On his post, Morley wrote: “Gearing up for the greatest roles ever. Big shoes to fill and we cannot wait!”

Taylor wrote, “Our journey to pregnancy was not always smooth sailing.” “However, we are overjoyed to announce that our little bundle is on its way.”

During a Unity Days press conference, the actress revealed that she had experienced a miscarriage.

The pair are well-known for the US TV show that brought them together, in addition to their respective Australian soaps.

Clarke Griffin and Bellamy Blake co-starred in the sci-fi thriller series The 100 in 2014 as two of the main characters and co-leaders.

After seven seasons on The CW network, the series, which was based on Kass Morgan’s books of the same name, came to an end in 2020.
