It would be great if Walton were more of a regular player rather than having her legacy character recur sporadically. Since that is not the case and does not seem to be in the daytime cards, Billy will continue to serve as his mother’s chosen proxy.
But Lily’s instinct that Billy is acting on impulse is correct. Her hope that he recognizes her idea of forward-facing while he voluntarily works in the background was initially rejected.
