Will Danny Miller return to Emmerdale after I’m A Celeb 2021?

During Friday night’s conclusion, Danny Miller of Emmerdale was proclaimed King of the I’m A Celebrity castle.

Frankie Bridge, Simon Gregson, and Danny Miller made it to the final after braving three weeks of castle life.

Frankie came in third place, while Danny won the tournament in a soap showdown.

But, now that his time in the castle is ended, what will Danny do next?

Will Danny make a comeback to Emmerdale?

The concluding scenes of Danny’s role as Aaron Dingle have already aired.

Aside from I’m A Celeb, the actor had planned to leave the show after appearing in it on and off since 2008.

Danny remarked to the press before his departure was announced:

‘I’ve actually left Emmerdale and opted to pursue a different career path.’ Now that I’ve had my baby and will be [married] next year, it seemed like the ideal moment to start a new chapter in my life. I’m honestly very upset about it since it’s been such a big part of my life.’

‘Obviously, when you’re under contract and working on a brilliant show like Emmerdale, you’re at the mercy of the authors and plots.’ That’s something I wanted to relieve them of, as well as myself, since I wanted to be able to pick and choose when I needed to be there for my baby.’

Danny will not be returning to Emmerdale anytime soon, based on these remarks and his desire to pursue new projects.

Will Aaron Dingle be played by a new actor?

Many fans are hopeful that Aaron Dingle will return sooner rather than later, with a different actor playing him because Danny wants to focus on other things.

After an actor departs a role, it’s not uncommon for soaps to recast prominent characters. Furthermore, given that Danny isn’t the first actor to play Aaron, it wouldn’t be the first time a fresh actor stepped into the position.

Between 2003 and 2006, actor Danny Webb played Aaron for three years, starring in a total of 19 episodes before Miller took over the character in 2008.
