General Hospital Spoilers: Blaze Returning? Eva LaRue Hints Jacqueline Grace Lopez’s Comeback
Fans were left feeling let down when General Hospital sent Alison “Blaze” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) off on tour.
The character had quickly become a fan favorite, especially with her strong chemistry alongside Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). Now, with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) gaining new connections and her family continuing to grow in Port Charles, there’s hope that Blaze could make a return. In fact, LaRue may have teased that Blaze’s comeback could be in the works. Let’s dive into the details!
Jacqueline Grace Lopez’s Departure
Fans were truly fond of Blaze on General Hospital, particularly when she developed a romance with Kristina. It was a captivating storyline, but one that ended in heartbreak.
After Kristina tragically lost the baby she was carrying for TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), Blaze decided to go on tour. The grieving surrogate, dealing with her own complicated emotions and the bond she had formed with the unborn child, ended her relationship with Kristina. Kristina, not wanting to hold Blaze back from her career, encouraged her to go pursue her dreams.
Natalia Ramirez’s Expanding Connections
While Blaze left, Natalia Ramirez stayed and became more involved in Port Charles. She secured a position at Deception and grew closer to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
The complex character had strong opinions about Blaze’s romance with Kristina, as well as any other potential relationships involving women.
Natalia previously hinted at having a son, who could very well be Marco (Adrian Anchondo), the same Marco who helped care for Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) in Miami.
It was also revealed that Natalia’s ex-husband is none other than the villainous Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), a secret she’s kept from Sonny, which could potentially create a rift between them.
With the soap expanding the Ramirez family storyline, it would make sense for Blaze to return to further develop these ties.
Eva LaRue’s Clue
On Instagram, LaRue shared a photo featuring herself, Marco, and Blaze, with the caption “Mi General Hospital Familia” and the hashtag #mykids. This strongly hints at Blaze’s potential return to Port Charles, especially with such a telling group photo!
Blaze Rogers’ Comeback?
There has been speculation from CDL suggesting that Marco might be Natalia’s son with Sidwell, and Natalia has mentioned that her relationships with both of her children are strained.
Spoilers for next week reveal that Marco is set to appear at Wyndemere, which could indicate that Natalia’s family is expanding in Port Charles, and Blaze could soon be part of that expansion.
Interestingly, the photo and post have since been deleted, which adds more weight to the possibility of Blaze returning to the show.
